Disney+ not working

Disney plus is still not working, or at least on my Screeneo UL5 Smart. I also tried to factory reset, update LuminOS launcher and everything. But when I download directly from the luminOS app store, the app crash when I click on “Login” button, and it return on the LuminOS main menu.

Hello @andsss instead of clicking Login, could you open the Disney+ app on your phone, and then allow it to log you in on the projector? This way you don’t need to enter your login details and the projector will automatically login to your account.

Hi, I don’t undertand your reply and I still don’t managed to get a working version of Disney +. Current software version of PPX620 is the 1.3.0. and projector says that it is up to date. I have only access to AptoideTV store and Aurora store where the versions of Disney+ there are not working? Can you just send a working apk? @Philips_Support_P

Hello, on Picopix Max PPX620, disney is not working anymore, it asks to be updated inside the app and is not usable, is version 4.12, and latest version installed from the LuminOS app store.

I removed that version and found a newer version: the 4.15.
I installed it and is working but get closed by the system or the LiuminOS app store, that wants to “update” it, and it reverts the app back to the older non working version.
this is frustrating, what should I do?

Check your internet connection and restarting the Disney+ app and your device.

If the issue persists, restart your router, uninstalling and reinstalling the Disney+ app, or clearing the app’s cache and data.

how do I disable the apps store?
it keeps installing an old version of disney plus app over the manually installed new one preventing me to use it because the app wants to be updated, this is very frustrating, I don’t understand why you do this, why.
