@Philips_Support_N I’ve waited a week since you said my tracking would start changing. It has been four and a half months since I reported the faulty machine. I’m seeing that you will be caught up with production soon and everyone who backed will be getting theirs. I’ve been very patient. Isn’t there anything anyone can do?

I just checked you tracking number and it looks the shipment is finally on it’s way to you. Last night it seems it was processed through a DHL hub in LA. Have you seen that also?
I know that the wait of 4 months was unbearably long and I apologize again for the delays.

I have returned my PPM in March, it was successfully received at Hong Kong delivery address (notified via tracking number). Since then no one has contacted me and this is a bit upsetting. I believe in the product, but either replace it or return my money. At least an email from the company stating the PPM has been received and we are verifying what is wrong and will get back to you shortly. It been two months and no word. What do I do???

I’ve needed some time to get acquainted with the various back ends, but I did see your information. You all were on the latest list to be shipped, but Philips projection has decided that they will no longer send out the current load of replacement units waiting to go out with the bulk, but will instead ship each individually. I will be contacting each and everyone who’s still waiting to double check addresses, but if you want to help me help you, either send me the address you can receive the replacement at now (may have changed from way back when), and any tracking numbers you may have at the moment.
So if any of you is still waiting for a replacement unit and hasn’t contacted me yet, please do so either here or in a PM starting with REPLACEMENT UNIT as the title.
I have a couple of things coming from China that I have ordered. I do have an anonymous tracking number that doesn’t match the number I received originally. Hopefully, that is it.

Hi, My ticket number is 24817. I was told to expect my replacement by 2nd week of September and this now 3rd week. What’s the latest update now? I sent my faulty unit back in June, its been over 3 months now.
