For European countries, there are batches sent regularly (already 3 I think), then dispatched by indiegogo ID number (there have been few missed people but should be resolved). That means that there is nothing specific for Germany or France etc… Right now in Europe we are at around backer number 7,000 max. So for you (around 16,000) you can assume around 5,000 European backers still before you, i.e around 3 batches. Yours will probably be sent in May and received end of May or June.

@Philips_Support_N are you guys still on track to have everything produced by the 28th? Or do you guys think you’ll need some extra time?

If that date has changed it would be great to have a heads up, and not wait until the last minute to let us know.

They have averaged about 1200 units a week and I think someone did the math and they have created about 8k units. There is no realistic way they will complete all backers by the 28th.

I am not a negative backer by any means and consistently support the work they are trying to do and the information they are giving out considering the state of the world and how no company is working in their real world conditions any more.

I am just being realistic expect that timeline to be pushed back.

I really don’t understand guys (Philips Team), many countries can’t be delivered and sending the products need to be postponed… OK…

I’m Backer n° 1986 (yes 4 digits only), based in Shanghai, China, and that never has been put in any of the above lists…

I’m patient and I support crowdfunding, but in my case you seem to have put me on the sacrified to never get the product list

Sending things from China to China is working perfectly fine…

Why you never count the Backers from china?
Can you just tell me that you haven’t forgotten that line in your Excel file ?

Why don’t you reply to our refund requests?? Is it too much to ask to have my money back? That you have kept hostage since September?? Please give me a refund so I stop spamming this pointless forum with questions and you can keep feeding lies to your backers.

I beileve as of March 11th Philips do not accept cancellations or refund requests anymore.

Their logistic and sourcing team have already purchased all the components to manufacture the right number of products for their backers, and they have restarted production and shipping after the Coronavirus lockdown.

@Philips_Support_N is the flight for 11th April confirmed? If so can you please explain where that flight goes to and how is distributed to countries for delivery?

Finally what is the ETA for delivery according to your logistic partner?

Wow, if they truly believe in their "amazing " product they shouldn’t be worried about selling my projector to someone else "full price ". So it’s actually good for them if backers who bought it "half price " cancel their order.

But they probably know no one would ever spend 1000€ for this piece of crap.

My backerkit ID is 15584015. I was surprised to see that your shipment list has numbers higher than mine. Does that mean that mine has already shipped or am I still on the waiting list.

@Philips_Support_N Can you upload the tracking numbers for the UK and other countries in the batch for the flight on the 11th please? It will put a lot of frustrated people’s minds at rest knowing that this time the incompetent forwarder actually pulled their finger out and did their job properly for once.
