@Philips_Support_T maybe you could make an ETA list like:
Contribution #6000 - 10000 Mid April
10001 - 14000 First week May
14001 - 20’000 end May
Or similar. This would get rid of every single “hi Im Number blabla”

Hey Suresh, Philips explained a few comments back they don’t want to give personal ETAs. I’ll give you mine, cause they already answered, but you can make your conclusions.

It is very simple you can sit with your planning team check the worst capacity that philips can produce per week then make plan this week it will be from this number to that or this country first just plan and send estimated date for a range of numbers
So i think you will get less tension

Since everyone is waiting and almost everyone is new to the idea of a indigogo I would like to give the tip to make a clear first landing page where people get a tutorial to:
- Find there backer_id ( I think a small tiny bit of software/code could do the trick)
- Do a lookup on the sending list
- See if they are in the que, to be schedualed or have to wait.
Would save a lot of frustation 
Good look, keep distance and be patienced
