IndieGoGo Contribution ID : 16346 - Jordan batch. I have sent numerous emails to support@screeneo.com. I saw last week that they were all merged into one request but still no response to my actual issue? I have spent 20+ hours at least emailing yourselves, calling DHL and being on hold, etc. and still no closer to knowing where my PicoPix is despite it saying it was delivered on 26th June 2020, but clearly not to me! When I call DHL, they tell me that I need to contact you as the recipient listed for the tracking number provided is not me! Yet when I track the parcel on www.dhl.de and type in my postcode it is showing my name as the recipient. DHL are refusing to speak to me as I am not showing as the recipient and and you are not responding with any info to my numerous requests, despite providing all the information including BackerKit id, Indiegogo ID, tracking number, name, address and attaching a PDF showing the tracking details from DHL Germany. Please can you respond to my support ticket @IvoGrijt or someone from Phillips.

Hi @IvoGrijt @Philips_Support_N, Could you please take a look at Request #26485. PicoPix was incorrectly sent to Los Angeles and is currently on hold there. It has to be delivered to London, UK. I have contacted DHL and they told me that they cannot proceed without confirmation from the sender. Iâve added all the details in the request.
