After an angry post in this forum, I finally received a phone call from Switzerland. They sent me a new projector directly from there and it arrived within 72h. This happened two weeks ago. Sorry to hear you have not had any updates . I thought they were working on sending all these pending projectors… unbelievable.
Thank you, tbh I’m more interested in a refund now I think. This experience has been enough to put anyone off. As i’ve lost about 70% of my shifts due to this pandemic a full refund will be much better than a projector.
No feedback to anyone on delivery or refunds. We’ve all spent significant money on this project and quite frankly it is sickening that there are no clear comms to advise one way or another.
Whoever ‘owns’ the Picopix max at Screenio needs to step up and provide a clean and crisp update to those who have funded this device and explain exactly what is happening.
For some people this is a significant amount of money and could be put to use elsewhere.
Yep did that, they keep telling me “we’ll get support to get in touch” this was about a month ago now. I’m sick of it tbh… Most of my life at the moment is chasing this horrible company.
