Yes we are still working on the file cause we do need to enter manually each and every backerkit ID to match each backer. Backerkit asked to have a proper CSV with infos that are not related to DHL in order to import it in the database. a bit long…

Yes @Philips_Support_N I’m aware it’s a real pain.
in another crowdfunding campaign that I supported with numerous backers, they had almost full time people on it !
You should already have a list of iggo to backerkit id’s - its just a simple excel vlookup to match them.

Excellent update, thank you for sharing! All those projectors on their way to Europe.
Must say that Indiegogo as a crowdfunding platform has a long way to go to actually support the creators past the money funding phase:
- Their comment section should be accompanied with a search box and chatbot
- They should give selected partner such as backerkit full API access to create a seamless transition from confirmed order to DHL tracking code sent. This would enable features such as exporting the backerlist in correct CSV format to the courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx) and importing the tracking numbers
- They should offer an Indiegogo run warehouse in Europe, USA and Shenzhen to handle the logistics
Now they are taking the cherries from the cake in terms of provision from collected total sum and at least partly responsible for making almost every crowdfunding campaign a mess to deliver. Have sent this feedback for Indiegogo as well.

It could probably be done with a Perl one-liner. Or a juicy sed/awk-command-line.

My backerID number is way above the amount of ppm’s sent this week (75XX) and that is okay, but I am truly excited for all you fellow Europeans who are going to receive it in the coming days.

Ou la livraison commence quand vous nous avez donné les codes ?
La livraison n’attends pas le partage des codes mais c’est sûr qu’ils ne sont pas déjà livrés, il va falloir du temps pour les envoyer dans un entrepôt en Allemagne d’abord puis les dispatcher à travers l’Europe.

Pas sûr, soit à l’entrepôt à HK en attente de départ, soit déjà arrivés en Allemagne, soit dans l’avion.
