Any guess on delivery time from this point ? Also if someone gets an update on their DHL status please let us know here.

Yes, supposedly 1500 pieces were shipped to Europe. More will come soon after CNY (when production continues from 2 factories).
Soooo. My tracking number updated, but it says my package is going to Germany (DE)… And I most definitely live in Copenhagen, Denmark. I REALLY hope this means I get my PPM very soon still…

There were cases with wrong tracking numbers, don’t know what happened there in details tho, but you can send a message to @Philips_Support_N and I believe he’ll be able to give you the correct tracking for your contribution ID.

DHL does NOT deliver on time for as long as the German Customs do not do their job on time. And they almost never work fast specially with new companies exporting to Germany.
Please try to understand, there is NOT ONLY Screeneo and DHL involved in the process and Screeneo cannot control how and when the German Customs are working.

By default the link is DHL UK and it does not work.
If you use DHL tracking website from your country or from germany : www.dhl.de with your tracking number, that should work fine.

Same status change
Lots of tracking numbers are messed up in backerkit but no worries, if you got a tracking number it means that you are getting it, as Velislav said, ask @Philips_Support_N for correct tracking number, let him know your email and backer id.
