I thought they said they Will ship it by country/location, the late backer will get luck/benefit to get the projector early. I’m not sure how many of us in HK are still either not getting the projector nor backerID/survey. I still don’t have the backerID and Survey

It’s seems to be a mix of both: reasonably sized shipments to certain countries/regions, and then in backing order. For example, if you have 300 backers from country X, and a shipment of 200 projectors is going there, the 200 backers with lowest backing numbers from country X will get their projectors while the 100 with higher numbers still have to wait.

I back this project in early Dec 2019 and have to ask for manual email of the survey form, no news and no shipment thereafter. Today I registered backerkit and found out that I have 1 question, which was not asked when I replied the survey form earlier, yet to be answered, my status turns to “shipped” after a few clicks. What made me really mad is that I never ever received any email from backerkit on the survey forms nor something should be answered, and Philips never check this out.
The delay is not only due to COVID-19, but also the poor administration from Philips and flawed system of backerkit.

With a Contribution ID as high as you have (21238), it will unfortunately still be a while before yours is ready to be shipped.

Please check this link: How to find your Backerkit ID, it has the last update time stamp in it next to List 3, if that’s after your last check then always check it again, cause you might’ve been added (or removed, but let’s hope not 
)
Thanks @IvoG for your reply! It’s weird the list on your link has more entries than the one on the official email … (1200 vs 2xxx). And I’m still on the list from the forum …

the big problem in my eyes is, 104 devices shipped and 101 persons received tracking.
case 1 is that we are the 3 lucky guys in the 3 out of 104 gap
case 2 is we are out if that 104 devices (if the 101 persons backed multiple device)and we threw to the international batch of 1189 EU shipment.
I hope it’s just case 3, we’re within the 101 persons while Kerry express give a wrong report to IvoG.
