- Click on “All Shipping Updates”
2.1 IF you have the same issue like a lot of backers where DHL reuses a tracking number, you’ll see bottom-to-top each shipping status and most probably you’ll see that the package was delivered some time ago.
2.2 IF you don’t have such issue like described in 2.1, then you’ll have to wait till the German customs release the goods to DHL and then you’ll see an update. Mine tracking shows the same (https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking/tracking-parcel.html?submit=1&tracking-id=CR071961275DE ) - this is not a problem, but a delay
