Up until now, I’ve been using BT Audio, but that won’t work with a chromecast. So I plugged in a headset, and nothing happened. Do I have to turn off bluetooth or something?
If ur using HDMI, it isn’t possible too connect with a speaker. That’s something they can’t change.
Sorry that wasn’t his question. He is saying he can’t get audio out even when plugged into aux.

That’s because the sound is going trough your hdmi. I can use a headphone on my playstation, only because it has a connection for the earphone.
Thanks. So what you are saying is I can’t use 3,5 mm out if I use HDMI in?
Also, now I also tried with sound through 3,5 mm using built in “Android”. Still nothing, but now sound goes to BT speaker.
i have a 4k android box constantly plugged into the projector via hdmi and a 3.5 mm jack going to my logitek 2.1 speakers from the projector and the sound works fine through the speakers

Can you try using an app on your PPM and output the sound through the 3,5mm jack instead of Bluetooth speaker?
If that doesn’t work, then you definitely have a problem with the jack output and you need to contact Philips/Screeneo for a solution (either software fix or device replacement)

Please disconnect the Bluetooth speakers, otherwise the audio won’t play through the projector.
