Howās your package tracking? I saw mine was active the other day on the DHL site so I set up some email notifications for when it finally arrives. I got a message from DHL today and got really excited but apparently it just moved from one sorting house in Hong Kong to a different sorting house in Hong Kong. My ETA is the 9th of June.
Yep - same. Hopefully on a plane to AU by the weekend. Iāve had a few items for work shipping via DHL out of HK over the past few weeks & theyāve been pretty quick, so based on how they went, Iām hoping for delivery by Thurs/Fri of next week at the latest. Normally they fly into SYD from HK before shipping off to other cities. Good luck!
Got mine this morning - however it is missing the AU Plug like my original faulty unit had - this is the EU/US version.
@Philips_Support_T FYI - how can I go about getting the correct plug for the AU region

My replacement just arrived as well. opens box ā¦yep, Iām missing the Aussie plug too. @Philips_Support_T @IvoGrijt any chance a localised power connector could be popped in the post today?
EDIT: I have a travel adaptor that I could use in the meantime I guess. A little precarious but better than waiting another month. I got some movies to watch!
To all 9 of you who received / will receive the EU packaging in AU, the forwarder will send the proper AU plug via express.
To anyone sending back their unit for replacement from the AU: check with us first if you also need to send the AU plug when returning a defective unit.

Hi @IvoGrijt hope youāre well. Itās almost been 2 weeks since I got my replacement, do you have confirmation that those AU plugs were sent out via express? I havenāt received one yet.
