No I haven’t. Presently using an ill-fitting travel adaptor and hoping it doesn’t start a fire. Haha. But seriously, there are a few sparks every time I plug it in.

@IvoGrijt old buddy… any word? I’m hesitant to use the PPM without a safe power solution.

I checked with PhilipsNono yesterday, I didn’t get a reply on that yet.
I asked him just now, he said they were sent.

I use the UK plug with the UK travel adaptor from Kmart. Very sturdy and more importantly, no sparks! The only downside is that it makes the already bulky charger even bulkier. Let’s just hope we’ll get the AU plug soon.

Another here, still waiting for the Aussie plug.

I’ve just received my projector with eu plugs as well so hoping that the AU plug has been posted out to me as well

I just got word from PhilipsNono, he checked the tracking and the 9 plugs are in Australia, and will be delivered on Monday most likely.

Anyone waiting on replacement item??

No plug yet for me but I only got my projector a week ago.

when did u get the tracking number for your projector and how long it took to activate it in system?

Hi all anyone still waiting on delivery i ordered last year projector had said that it was delivered which it was never, I have tried contacting Support back in March of this year, I Posted in this thread once before but it had been moved by @IvoGrijt to a PM which he will not to respond to after several attempts, I Have also tried following up with the support email and have no contact with anyone. This is very frustrating and i would like some form of contact as i am stuck with no projector
