@IvoGrijt bro when can we expect a AU plug? Doni have to raise another ticket for it??

Apparently they were supposed to have been sent already. I’ll ask our forwarder about this.

I don’t know if I can as none of this came by me or is handled by me. I don’t know where they get the addresses from or which address went wrong or not.

For you it’s one case, yours, and you know the details exactly. For me it’s one out of many hundreds, and I can’t recall or follow every detail thereof.
Perhaps you should reply to your last ticket email regarding the replacement shipping to either update that ticket if still open or to open a follow-up ticket if already closed.

@IvoGrijt bro i know its 1000 for you. I did reply to it but no one replies back to it(i checked its still open) if it helps the ticket number is #19348.
That is why i am keep tagging u as there is no mention of anyone else whom should we contact for these kind of issues. The support system needs more man power…
Just tell me what i need to do or who to talk i will. Otherwise we don’t have any more options:/

You talking to me is not a problem, counting on me to know by heart what you’re talking about and what address is your correct one this time is asking too much of me. That’s the point I was making earlier. So if you let me know a ticket number like you did just now, I can look it up for you and have something done with it.

There’s no proper way of dealing with the tickets other than going through them one by one. Some were opened a while back and have solved themselves already by the package showing up, some are simple questions that are easily solved, others require a lot of investigation or communication to get resolved, but all are as important to the person asking them, and ultimately therefore to us. We try to categorize them and prioritize them based on urgency, but when almost all are the same urgent priority, which should be handled first? If anyone posts something on the forum with their ticket number in it and I see it, I try to check up on it right away. But even that is not always fair to those who’re not on the forum for instance.

Sorry to jump in - I’ve only just found that this forum exists.

My story is: moved from the UK to Australia in January.

Back in December, I changed my address from the UK to Australia … and received acknowledgement.

May - device gets delivered to my old UK address (where it still remains).

I asked for it to be collected, and sent to the correct address. Over recent months - little to no process (including descriptions of CEO’s having phone arguments with shippers, and withholding payments).

All I want, is the device that should have reached me 6m ago, to be delivered!

… it genuinely feels like an elaborate and expensive scam!

Still waiting on the AU plug, any news on that?
