I have the same status as some of the posters above. I received the DHL tracking number on 17th August but the DHL tracking site now shows the status as âCancelledâ as the goods were not handed over in time to DHL. I have also sent email to Support team and received ticket ID 29852 but no further response/next steps. Please clarify and provide update on when I can expect my PPM. It is very disheartening to see the product available on Amazon and deliverable in 2 days while the backers have to wait months.

I received the DHL tracking number on 15th August from backerkit and on the DHL tracking site it shows the status as âCancelledâ since August 26th as the goods were not handed over in time to DHL. On indiegogo I received the contribution ID #21929. The tracking ID is: 00340434298892099237 Please clarify and provide update on when I can expect my PPM. It is very disheartening to see the product available on Amazon and deliverable in 2 days while the backers have to wait months.

Why are you not just using the stock you have at Amazon for next day delivery?!

I have been wiating patiently for a reply or progress on my inquiry since July 6. My contribution code is 14235. I was assigned a tracking number by DHL on 5/20. The tracking number does not work and nothing has been shipped. The shipping is going to the USA. Any status? Shipping number 2630216886.

You are not alone. My status looks like this. Ordered two items as âextra ones for the roadâ in the beginning of July. @Philips_Support_N @IvoGrijt is there a need to make a ticket or should I just wait patiently?
If Iâm correct you both have checked your tracking on dhl.de and selected to see the page in English (EN).
The weird thing is when you switch to German (DE) you get a different message for the date 26.08.2020 (top right you can select DE or EN)
It says for the date 26.08.2020 Es erfolgte keine Einlieferung zu der per EDI Daten beauftragten Sendung. Die Sendungsdaten wurden daher storniert.
Roughly translated In English: The package wasnât delivered to DHL, so the trackingcode is canceled.
