Our remote has been stolen by gremlins. Any hope of a replacement or smartphone app to use? Is there a way to control the device without a remote - we haven’t found one.

Hello, please contact our customer support. They might have some spare remotes.
Failing that, you can try plugging in a USB mouse or keyboard and use the interface that way. Then, you can pair a third-party Bluetooth remote (any brand will do). For example, the One-For-All URC7935 or URC7945 smart streamer remotes.

Hi I have a One for all URC 7935 remote I’m trying to pair with the Screeneo U5. Is it considered a streamer or a TV. And secondly what would be the 5 digit code to pair it?
One for All does not have a code ready for the Serene U5
