I have a new firmware from 2020 on a sd card flashed as FAT32. I am able to get to the settings page for my PPX3410 and I can get to the firmware update, when I say yes it returns to the earlier settings page as if I pressed back. Any ideas how I can flash the firmware? Maybe through a USB cable to the computer?
