Good morning,
Since I updated the firmware to version 1.1.2 I have had image freezes when I use the HDMI output.
The problem is not present when I am on the video projector interface.
I tested with several HDMI cables and several devices but the problem persists… Can you provide me with the stock version of the firmware as I am not using the projector interface?
Or if you can solve the problem, I would be delighted.
Thanks in advance
UP ! I Can install thé jmgo N7 firmware for this problem ?
1000€ for image lagg …
Hello,
I’m digging up this topic to help other users who would encounter the same problem as me, or to help Phillips technicians so they can propose a firmware update (but I doubt it, they do more in the one shot).
The problem was solved by disabling WiFi on my projector. No more freeze images, no more bug with the 3d eye changes untimely.
So if these gentlemen from Phillips could look at why wifi causes this (even when changing internet operator) and also make a tour of the applications that do not work where there are not very many it would be nice, because buying a connected projector to work like a normal projector is not the goal.
I am lucky to have a NVIDIA shield to ensure this part but I think not all users necessarily have one.
All this also removes the nomadic asset of the video projector…
Good for you and thank you for helping me find this on my own .
