For next shipment will be before I think and for the one after that probably after, don’t know if it makes a difference, I think during transition period things remain pretty much the same.
So they are in DHL warehouse in HK to then ship them by air to Philips warehouse in Germany, to then ship them by DHL (going through another warehouse I suppose in each country)? Seems odd but I don’t know anything about logistics
Nope, they will be distributed from the central warehouse (Germany). that’s the most efficient in these quantities.

@Philips_Support_N Can you explain to me why “Ka Pan Chan”, in facebook group, showed us an hour ago, its DHL notification that it has just received, when it is a Canadian contributor # 84XX?

I’m not Philips, but it’s perfectly normal for DHL to not have anything for you in their systems yet. They won’t until they pick up your specific package in a warehouse in Germany, and it starts heading your way. The number exists, but the package doesn’t, yet. As people here say, it’ll be one big delivery from HK to german warehouse, to consolidate all customs formalities entering the EU. Then DHL sends the individual packages your way, and only then does your tracking number show up in their system. That’s how DHL works in my experience.

So I just got confused. Philips said that will ship everything before the CNY so they’ve promised all backers will be getting their perks before 24 January. Now they say they will not do it but they do not give anew date! Right?
Also they say about Europe they will send over 2000 perks by today but they didn’t! right?
There is no schedule and no commitment on Philips about shipping!
We would appreciate an approximate shipment schedule.
