@Philips_Support_N I’m backer 3333 in the UK (EU) and my backer kit still does not say shipped hut you said you shipped up to 4000. Please advise me of my shipping and tracking number. Thank you.
Hi Philips, according to indiegogo im backerid 38xx. However, i have not received shipping confirmation in backerkit nor through email.
Now i see on Backerkit that i am #83xx. Which ID is leading? Should these IDs not be the same?
No, @Velislav but that’s ok now since I’ve paid it already. I just have to give an invoice to my accountant. Btw do you know if there is an invoice included in the shipment.
No, despite responding to many other questions afterwards, Philips has not said anything about when they’re planning to ship to Norway.
@Philips_Support_N can you please inform us about when you’re shipping to Norway? We’ve waited as long as everyone else, and now you’re not giving any information other than “it’s not in Europe”.

DHL code received in the backerkit a few minutes ago with the mention “Your order has shipped” finally! (no email) #521 France
How many projector were shipped to AU? Whats the highest backer number it was shipped to?
This is my experience:
No email from BackerKit yet, but there is a DHL tracking number on BackerKit for me (1xxx in the UK).
That number does not work on the DHL website yet, but on BackerKit right below the tracking number it says:
“It may take up to 2 days for a tracking number to provide an update.”
I wasn’t able to sign in to BackerKit, when I tried to do a password reset it said they had no record of my email address. So instead I used the link in the last BackerKit email (Subject “Your payment has been processed for Phillips PicoPix Max”).

Whilst the number isn’t trackable yet - it’s a start.
Lets hope things get better from here. There does seem to be better communication - which was most of the problem.

My status is always the same since 2019, August 20th with no evolution: “contribution placed”.
Despite recent update regarding DHL delivery, I received no email, no DHL tracking number, no status changes in my backerkit.
Moreover, I’im #359 in France…

Same here, no update in backertkit despite being in this batch.
Hi all, happy to see that backers in EU is getting their DHL tracking numbers. Just to share with you my experience, when I got my DHL number on 14 Jan 2020, it was not trackable on DHL site until today 18 Jan 2020 when it started showing information on the package status. So please do not be worried if you are still unable to track your number after 2 days. Just chill and give it time. All the best.

Contribution number 2859 and my backer kit says shipped. Happy to know it’s finally on its way
Well no clue why mine shows in backerkit its shipping since i wouldnt be in this batch… but i am glad it does. For the ones telling they cant see it by DHL… the backerkit also shows it can take up tp 2 days before updates are provided. Since DHL is also closed this would be probably 2 working days.
