I am starting to think, we are being played, there were actually no official announcement, that the Goods were heading to the EU, just one person in this Forum said that, first he said, it will be shipped today, then tomorrow, now, it’s the third day, and no DHL tracking Nr., I don’t know, how many ppl, are working on this, but even, if it done manually, it must be over by now, cuz on the Dec 12, 2019 • 5:41PM, we received an official announcement, that the units were already shipped, but that was not accurate ? 
You said there is maybe a second batch to Europe on Sunday. Do you have any news about that?

They’ve said “We’ve shipped” and hadn’t.
We’ll ship October, November, December, before Christmas, before 31st December, before cny.
And we still don’t have them.
I’m an early backer - I just want honesty…
So knowing data - it’s a very simple matter to match ids to customers… Its not a manual process unless you don’t know excel basics. Which they might not.
But supposedly the EU batch was sent days ago - so why delay the backerkit upload?
Until I have a valid tracking number - its not been sent.
“Philips” have a lot of negative history to repair - so speed of uploading the tracking numbers is a start…

So no new batch for EU before CNY?
Impossible, DHL is closed from today for shipment in EU, AU, NZ. Other countries are still OK. After CNY, we will have 2 factories working on it

No, not yet. But it shouldn’t be long before we get the tracking info (1 or 2 days). And just a few more days to get our precious package delivered to our door.
