We just checked that DHL made a mistake on the last shipment:
1: all your address are OK
2: some of you has a wrong tracking number but your real Tacking number is OK and the address is OK
The only thing is that you cannot track it. We can give you the real DHL tracking number if you send me a PM (if your address is wrong is the DHL tracking you received

Looks like dhl screwed it up
Yup, new tracking shows the right country. Postal code now sort of works (ie: doesn’t say it’s wrong) but shows no additional information.
Fortunately we have a real excel with DHL tracking

Does this only concern the people with a problem with the tracking number or also the people whose shipping status has not yet changed?

When will you be shipping the Picopix to those like me that should have been in the shipment you just sent? How do we know that we won’t just be put at the bottom of the pile again? I’m so disappointed thag this hasn’t been kept fair like it should be.
For new orders, I will ask them to doble check. In any case that is just concerning few previous people. Not new ones in the list.

You should check in your backerkit, if it has been shipped you will see a tracking number for it. Apparently it doesn’t send a mail.
What about Switzerland? I understand it is not in the Europe batch (for whatever reason) - but when can we expect first PPMs to be sent to Switzerland?

Several backers here have clearly expressed concerns that you’re not addressing. If EU (meaning European Union) is not available for shipping until after Chinese New Year, can you still ship units to non-EU European countries?
