I’m backer 3266 from FR and haven’t received any tracking number. Want to send you my email but I don’t have the option to DM you it seems, been clicking on your name and profile pic for the last 5 min and I don’t see “message” or anything like that.
That is because you just joined. Not really sure what it takes to get DM enabled.

Have you checked your backerkit? There is no mail with the tracking number.
Yup… Someone screwed up the EU batch so early backers didn’t get sent and later ones did. Seems like a hard mistake to make but it’s happened. I doubt anyone will get compensation either

I suggest you never back a crowdfunding project again then. In my experience, your backernumber typically doesn’t matter in regards to the order of shipping. And furthermore, delays and problems in projects are not uncommon. It is part of the risk. Why don’t you wait until retail if you want a normal consumer experience?
See the problem with your argument is, that this was as Philips stated numerous times not a crowdfunding project as such. So yes, every argument and complained is justified.

This isn’t crowd funding - it’s pre sales - testing the market without paying for advertising.
Philips is hardly a small company - they should be able to arrange shipping and produce a good product with ease.
So every compliment here is justified. All these issues should have been resolved before the campaign.
And as for shipping… Have they never shipped products before?

@mmeidl @Vassago Lol… totally disagree it may not be a crowdfunding. But thats since it was sure the product would be build and go for sale on the market. However the product was and still is in a developmemt phase. In such a phase nothing is sure and as you noticed a lot of complications can occure which you just have to accept. Sure things as a messy transport should not be happening, but thats entirely out of the scope of phillips and its product. And just due to the use of all kinds of different systems and the amount of human interaction. And as we all know making mistakes is human.

Backer 408x. Also no tracking number and backerkit still only states „adress locked“. Not shipped. Germany should have been shipped as @Philips_Support_N stated.

Didn’t get any Email, tracking info is available but only works on DE site, still seems to not been shipped even if there is a tracking number!
How many days are needed for proper tracking info to appear, will tjere be an email sent out?
