I have requested in this thread a reimbursement of the VAT and I have already written 2 emails to support@screeneo.com and I haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks. Could you please handle this ?

I have paid VAT on 29.05 and still haven’t received my refund. It was CHF 34.15.
I have posted to this thread at least twice that I can remember with required details (ZWEIMWST etc) and really not sure what more I need to do to get my money back?
