@IvoGrijt ZWEIMWST Dear Ivo, you refunded me the MwSt only once (thank you for that), but I paid the MwSt to DHL once again, when I got the new one piece after the first one had a broken bulb and was returned to you. So I would kindly like to ask you to refund me that one too. Thank you.
