I tried to update my ppx340 but something goes wrong. the projector cant find the file.

I had exactly the same problem.
Solution:
Download the latest firmware version and copy the two files MERGE_PPX360.bin and MERGE.bin to your USB…
BUT YOU MUST RENAME MERGE_PPX360.bin to MERGE_PPX340.bin.
And that’s it, the update will go smoothly
