After starting the Disney app on my ScreenEO UL5 Smart, i reach the sign in screen. But after clicking on “sign in”, the app closes and I am send back to the start screen of the Screeneo.
Has anyone been able to get the Disney app to work?
I had the same issue with the Disney app. What has helped me is opening the Disney sign in screen on the Screeneo device and then opening the Disney app on my smartphone. On my smartphone I then received a pop up asking if I was trying to connect another device (the Screeneo). Upon clicking “allow” on my smartphone, I was logged in to the Disney app on the Screeneo and now it is working.
