Troubleshooting: USB-C video problems

I assume you’ve applied the test protocol at the top of this thread (have you ?).

As said in the (quite long) thread below, connection with MBP 2019 16" seems to have an issue :

Hi Prashant. Here is the link to the cable I bought - the packaging says 100W power delivery and also Data Transfer. I have also tried using the USB-C cable supplied with the projector. Same issue with all four USB-C ports on the MacBook Pro. This is the 16" 2019 model.
