I’m having some issues with my new UL5 Smart projector.
It has happened a couple of times while watching Netflix, the projector just turn off. Then it takes a few seconds after you can turn it on again. I don’t know why this is happening. Is it faulty?
Just as an update, I talked to support and they recommended doing a factory reset which I did and it hasn’t happened yet in the couple of days I’ve used after that.
I’ll keep testing and report back if it happens again.

It is fine. But if I remember correctly it happened while having an HDMI device and I haven’t used it since… so it may be related to that, not sure.
Ive never overcame this issue yet, i cant enjoy the projector at all…it turns off after 5 mins. Factory resets latest OS, uninstall problem apps,sleep timer settings…only Spotify stays on…seems video playings
I did factory reset but it still happens randomly.
