But you can create the hotspot, join the PPX to it, stream to your phone, and cast to the PPX. That way it’s not the tethered device downloading via T-Mobile data but the phone.

Okay, I haven’t seen it that way. That could be a work around.

Hi @sugafreez this is discussed here: Troubleshooting: Choppy playback when casting YouTube In the above post I’ve clarified that this is not ‘Chromecast’ as we understand it but YouTube cast + casting your entire screen via Google Cast. We talked with Google, unfortunately Google doesn’t license Chromecast anymore.
