I’m not really sure if this issue happened because of the latest firmware but I’m sure that it started after I updated though not immediately. In my observation, the issue happens when the battery is fully charged. What happens is that the charging LED lights alternates between blue and red. When this happens while turned off, the projector won’t boot. After some time, I can boot the projector while unplugged then plug it again and it will be detected as plugged in but the LED still alternates. Not sure if related, but I also notice that it always shows 90-92% charged at the end of the day but when I boot it in the morning, it says 100%.
