J’utilise souvent DHL et ils sont sérieux.
Apparemment ils n’ont pas encore reçu les projecteurs c’est pour ça que le tracking n’avance pas!
Lorsque je me fait livrer des US avec DHL ça prend 3 jours pour arriver chez moi avec un suivi extra!
Là ça fait 1 semaine, apparemment philips a créé le No d’envoi (de tracking) mais n’a pas encore remis les produits à DHL…
I’m using a lot DHL from US to France and it takes only 3 days to arrive with a good tracking!
If DHL says that they haven’t received the product it is because Philips has only create the tracking number but still haven’t given the projectors to DHL…
But this is a little different here. It could be possible, that they are only using DHL from Germany to the customers but not from China to Germany.

I know that the Europeans are getting very ill tempered with what is happening and that you are doing your best to resolve the issues for their continent. However, please answer all the questions for the other countries as well. You have specified that their has been a shipment of 500-700 units to Australia/New Zealand yet no one has received an email from backerkit or DHL. We as a continent do not mind the wait. But please answer our enquires as well or communicate with us accordingly. Hope you take this into consideration.

They might even be using DHL for both, and even DHL logistics to do the shipment in Germany. But we still only see the last segment with our tracking number. Hopefully they have a better insight of the process, though.

Please note that, even being in the batch for EU, none of EU backers has received any mail.
Therefore have a look directly into Backerkit to know if shipping has begun.
Right, could also be possible. I think the text “Handlings-Partner ab Deutschland” indicates that we only can see progress from Germany to Customer.

I totally understand and truly empathise with the Europeans as well. Us in Australia/New Zealand would just want an update if their has been a shipment of 500-700 units as directed to us last week or not. Even a simple yes or no would suffice I reckon.

Yes, the text “Handlings-Partner ab Deutschland via Denamic Logistik GmbH” certainly means that there’s a third party (Denamic Logistik GmbH) which does the travel China/Deutchland.

Mine says:
“This shipment is handled by: DHL Parcel”
What do you mean there is no ID over 4188 in EU?? I am #7179 and I live in Finland
Backer ID up to #4188 have been shipped (with some exceptions). If you have an higher ID, it will come.
See tracking code in backerkit, but DHL shows DE > FR but I’m living in NL. Is the tracking correct or can I get the correct tracking code? Contribution ID 356. @Philips_Support_N can you help me getting the right code?
