You have a wrong tracking code. Send @Philips_Support_N a PM with your email address and they will send you the correct one.

I do have a tracking number but no information so far on the DHL website. Is it the same for someone else here?
Update: Live in Switzerland and my backerkit says “Your order has shipped” - but no tracking info available. Wondering if this can be true, since my contribution ID is quite high 18xxx. Is this thing really on its way?

I have a trackingnumber in the backerkit but no email confirmation. The tracking number from DHL is not working and it does also not work for my zip code

My Tracking only says: " The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically." That means there is a Label for the package, but no package - right?
As already mentioned a few times before, it looks like they are using an other logistics company (Denamic GmbH) for transport from China to Germany, so the tracking should update when they start to ship from Germany to customers.
@Philips_Support_N, any update about this? I’m backer #4041 in the UK in Indiegogo but the order still shows up as not shipped in BackerKit. Weren’t all perks below #4188 sent already?

I have read this thread (all 600 messages), but in every answer from @Philips_Support_N they say that backers below #4188 in the EU (which the UK is still part of) were already sent except some cases.
I think I may be some of those errors, as I still show up as not sent in Backerkit. I may have missed some comment in between all of the messages though, that’s why I asked @Philips_Support_N about this (in some of the messages they asked to write to them directly if there was something wrong).
They said you should send them a message if you have a tracking code with wrong destination. So as your state is not sent, I think you are some of this cases and have to wait a bit longer.
