Thanks a lot for that pascalmtts. Are you part of Philips team or the moderator team? If not, if you don’t mind I would still like to let @Philips_Support_N know that my order number (#4041, UK) hasn’t been shipped so that they can work on solving it (whenever that is).
Neither of them but here to help Sure you can let them know but I think they can’t look into every special case and as they can see that your perk is not shipped yet, they will ship it as soon as they can.
Still no DHL update.
Denamic GmbH offer Air, Rail and Sea shipping - as DHL haven’t received the ppms yet - I’d hazard a guess that they are using Rail - this will take approximately 15 days to get to DHL.
Could it be someone opted for cheaper shipping without telling us? It makes sense with both the weight and volume of products - but we need information.
They said they shipped Thursday, so if its by air - the planes crashed. If its rail - it should get there around the 31st then a few days DHL shopping.
But it’s no use blaming DHL for their backend - every parcel is scanned at every point - its simply not got there… If I’m wrong and it is DHL - I’m sure you’re due a substantial refund - would be nice if it was shared with us as compensation for being messed around.
(and @enrique) This seems to be an issue with the forwarding company (Screeneo sent the list to them which included all the backer info, still some shipments were not fulfilled). I’m not sure if Screeneo has yet received a list from the forwarders of exactly what was done. Screeneo is on it as far as I’ve seen here, and there are a few threads keeping track of who’s affected.
I’m not sure if it is…
If you send 1500 items out - then they receive 1500 - If only 1400 leave then 100 are still with the forwarder so can easily be corrected.
The forwarder wouldn’t have all the backers addresses - only the 1500. So they couldn’t send to the wrong backers as they simply don’t have the addresses.
Its obvious that screeneo messed up - it’s easy to leave an excel filter on or something similar - but it can’t be a fault with the forwarder.
Besides that - most forwarders want the customer to put address labels on - not the forwarder. They will simply receive some stretchwrapped pallets to be sent to Germany.
Don’t mind at the end whose fault this is. We just have to wait and I am sure we will get our perks soon.
Hello,
Backer #1104, France still nothing…
someone has received the PPM ?
best regards
Mario
It’s not so much who’s fault it is or even how long it’s taking - it’s about communication.
They need to take ownership - admit mistakes, resolve issues… Pretty standard stuff.
If they’ve sent it to Germany by train - then tell us… Help us manage our expectations rather than just blame it on everyone other than themselves.
The couriers can’t send the wrong parcels out-only screeneo.
The couriers don’t decide to send by train or air - only screeneo do.
All these issues are ones generated by screeneo.
We just need Honnest communication - not pass the buck.
This is fishy, honestly I’m having difficulties believing that ALL suppliers of Screeneo is constantly making mistakes: Google was not responding for a year, producer used too little glue, Backerkit screwed up VAT operation and excel lists, DHL is not updating data…
@stomatopods this is the way it works.
Google: they never even replied for GMS. For Widevine they replied because we were pushing one contact we found in Israel who decided to help us. Google team are very messy.
For the rest, this is how company works, dealing with issues everyday
I can only comment about this, and I know by long experience that’s very likely.
Morning @Philips_Support_N, any update on your check into the DHL status?
I do like your handle by the way… I used to have one… Lol
@jimmythai how can we “orchestrate” this? Our product left the warehouse, you have the tracking and DHL have goods…
nobody here has a number with transport information. How to prove that the shipments are on their way.
The proof is the DHL website, you can see the tracking number. We are checking with DHL why it’s not moving since the 18th
They answered: sometimes their backend is not in real time. You can track sometimes a packaging from HK to France, 3 days without nothing and 2h after you can see the package already arriving at the airport
I want to believe you Nono…
If you sent enough projectors to meet all the orders under #4188 then either:
There are ‘spare’ projectors without addresses attached; or
Projectors have gone to orders above #4188
If Screeneo sent a list of addresses over #4188 then it’s clearly their fault
If they didn’t then DHL have got enough projectors that just need the correct addresses to be attached.
Alternatively, they didn’t send enough projectors.
Which?
DHL is extremely accurate when it comes to transport tracking (for their own sake). After 3 office days I’m quite confident that the parcels weren’t picked up by DHL. Unless you have a bulk-T&T for the whole pallets.
I know no one will pick up the phone in China right now. All we want to know is if the pallets are picked up BEFORE the beginning of CNY. So we know if we will have to wait an extra 2 weeks.
Don’t take me wrong, as an entrepreneur that trades international I know it can be a pain in the ass before CNY. If you just please could verify instead of saying the same thing over and over again without the belief that you actually checked.
