Shipping to Europe

Max we are checking with DHL what is going on. We don’t have the product in our warehouse so for sure DHL have them.
For your information, we already checked.

Still don’t think that you’re shipping with DHL from China, because there is this little note on tracking page from Denamic Logistik.

We are not shipping with DHL CHina, but DHL HK.
Our forwarder ship from Shenzhen to HK, then DHL from HK to Germany.
I just called our Office in China, they are checking

Alright, I hope they will find out whats happening. Should not take long from Shenzhen to HK and also not that long from HK to Germany.

depends, before Christmas and CHinese new year you can wait sometimes 1 week to get a plane. In Nov. sometimes 1 month

Hi from Denmark/EU.
Backerkit says shipped 18th, also DHL tracking number from 18th.
But DHL status just says “electronic received”. No further DHL update as of today 22nd.

What is happening ?

Same here. Backer 3xx from Germany. Also you can not use the zipcode, the webpage of DHL say it is wrong…

If your zipcode does not work, you have to send a pm to @Philips_Support_N
Some people got the wrong tracking number.

This confirms my assumption that the tracking code is from Germany (Warehouse) to customers. We should start seeing progress at tracking when the goods arrived in Germany.

Err… Shenzhen is only over the border from HK.

DHL have their own planes - so if it was shipped last Thursday then that’s 6 days?

As soon as DHL receive packages they scan them - so the tracking information would show its arrived at the DHL facility and its in the system.

Theyve not been scanned…

I understand that you don’t have them, but obviously someone does - and it’s not us.

The tracking number we have is only for the european hop of the shipment, from Germany to your door. You won’t see it change until it’s scanned in Germany. I assume they should have some way to monitor the rest of the trip.

While you are here, how about you answer the questions for the other continents waiting for an update? Like Au/NZ updates?

Swedish backer. Not to add too much to the confusion in the thread but DHL shows end destination as DE -> NL for me.

A short update on the shipment status to warehouse on your end would likely comfort the masses.

Just got the answer from our office in China: All pieces just arrived in Belgium today. Then need to Ship to Germany, custom clear then and then you will be able to see the tracking. That’s why you see only FROM GERMANY to your country. All tracking before that are not appearing

Nope, that does not work. If I use the tracking number there it says: Sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check your tracking number.

That you will try to ship 500-700 units? But their are no updates after that statement that it has really been shipped. We don’t mind the wait, we just need updates and clear communication from you.
