we didnt ship those to EU cause DHL was already closed for shipping to EU, NZ, AU, so we shipped to other countries
Hello, thank you for your reply. But we were told that they will try to ship 500-700 before CNY. So this wouldn’t really answer our question😁

To confirm: The last time the Australia thread heard from philips last week was that 5-700 units were being shipped to Australia - Please open up your communication on the Australia thread as we are getting zero responses from @Philips_Support_N on that thread and it is heating up due to lack of comms.

Thank you for your comment. As I wrote a few posts before the tracking number does not work with the German DHL site. Than i ve got the message from philips I should use the other site. My tracking ID don t work, no matter which site I use…

Still frustrated that i didn’t received a tracking number/confrimated shipping on Backerkit although i have ID 3926.
Can you please make an official statement what happend to the EU contribution ID’s below 4188 and didn’t received any shipping confirmation?
Cause if you shipped all 1500 PPM’s in 1 freight/bulk to the EU they are all heading to the German warehouse and therefore destinated to EU addresses and not to other countries like the USA.
So are the PPM’s of the EU backers below 4188 without Backerkit shipping confirmation going to EU backers with a higher number then 4188?
Or was it an error in the backend and some Backerkit’s never received confirmation altough our PPM is shipped as well?
Yes they go tho higher numbers within eu due to some error e few where skipped following numers in that eu list where picked up (as far as I understand) but to be more precise… im backer 4512 and are in that shipment…

I would like to hear it from @Philips_Support_N nevertheless because there was somewhere above this thread an contradictive message from Nono that there weren’t shipments above ID 4188 (altough someone with a higher ID in Germany on the Facebook group confirmed he had also an shipping confirmation and now you as well).
If this is the case what you say it is there’s nothing for us (EU backers below 4188 w/o confirmation) to do then wait longer.
But this says a lot of the upcoming customer service if they even now don’t bother to make up for the mistake, they can easily give an address change to DHL and set the whole mistake straight, the whole freight/bulk still didn’t arrived in the central warehouse where all PPM’s will go to their final destination.
Well that conflicting message came due to what they send and how it got parsed they submitted a csv file wich wasnt parsed properly so it started around 1600 instead of 1. So on their side there wasnt an id above 4188 but due to the conflict this scaled up. Some thing like that happend and was explained somewhere in this thread.
Sure, an error has happened and that would probably explain it.
It’s logical that some error had happened or there wasn’t a problem now, and i do
not blame Screeneo for this.
But it’s still a problem that can be resolved, meaning that Screeneo needs to contact DHL and
give them one of the higher ID 's above 4188 and change them to an address to one of the lower ID’s.
It’s not that hard, but it handles some effort and an apoligy to some of the higher ID’s like you that in the first place never had an PPM coming to you but in a later batch.
That’s a fair thing to do seems to me (altough i can understand that’s a bittersweet feeling for you higher ID’s, altough it was an error in the first place). But they rather just let things play and can only do “as much” then promise us that we would be in the next batch (by now we all know how much that’s worth).
Well the problem in that solution is that they where already shipped. As long as that dindt happen they could change the ids. At this point that would be an enormous anoumt of efford from all sides. Meaning the focus on new batches and new releases would drop. And the total would delay even further.

Guys I think some of you might misunderstood the shipping process as:
Shenzhen to Hongkong, half a day crossing custom check
Hongkong straight loaded on a flight straight to Leipzig in one night
Lands in Germany and gets send to your country in a day or two
And I can assure you, this is NOT how it works…it only works like that when you are sending personal express parcel through DHL
for this kind of shipping, they need to check and arrange flights. It might go to different routes depending on logistic situations…And technically the trackable personal shipping part of DHL for us only starts once the goods arrive in Germany. Before that, it is shipped in bulk and it might not even be handled by DHL but local logistics in China that takes care of custom and the procedures to forward to DHL.
When will those with backer codes under 4188 that were skipped for no reason in the last shipment get theirs?
Will we be sent as soon as possible? I don’t want to wait much longer when we should have been first. It’s so unfair.
