It’s not that big of an effort, I don’t know how many backers were affected by this error but even if it’s way to much to change all of those, then they can do it for the ones who are specifically asking for it as long as it didn’t leave the German warehouse. They can start with the highest backer ID who will get an PPM and work their way down depending on how many earlier backers below 4188 want there PPM in this batch.

Nico, France is in the same situation than all other EU countries. If you are above ID +- 4000 then it will be between end of feb till mid March depending on your ID (at least that’s the plan)

@Philips_Support_N please don’t think this new forum cancels the need for official updates on IGG. It’s very hard to find real info on here too, and I think we’d all appreciate a weekly official statements as to how things are going etc. Thanks
You realize the last IGG update is less then a week ago… And if you read closely you notice they answer and update daily in here. But they also need to answer a lot different threads too, so it can take some time before you get answered. Even if you wouldve asked nicely.

I’m a bit confused whether my package was shipped or not, because I’ve got tracking numbers, but it’s been 5 days and there hasn’t been any update about it on the DHL site.
It just says:

The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically
I thought it will get updated once it arrives to DE, but then I read the post about DHL being clised, so I dunno. My contribution ID was around 1000.
Your shipment will get updates once it is shipped from Germany. The big shipment was in Belgium yesterday, so I expect the shipment to arrive and get through customs in germany this week. Then shipments from there will start and the tracking numbers will get updated:)
