Ask philips for a right code. Mine, while i’m in Italy, said it was going to sweden. Philips gave me a right code and now i see the correct country destination (but just that),

It has accepted my ZIP Code and confirmed me that it was really me the receiver.
The “logistics.dhl.de-en” website only says to me that the shipment will go to France, but when I enter my ZIP Code it does nothing.

@Philips_Support_N how can you guarantee that you will send to backers who was in this batch but somehow can not receive tracking numbers due to confusion in EXCEL file?
It is obviously seen that the one who prepared csv file is responsible for all this confusion. I hope same person will not prepare next batch again or you may double check the list. Preparing a list in a ascending or descending order is not too complex.
ask Nono for the correct one, and check with your postcode. I got the correct one.

It seems that my tracking number is wrong too. It indicates a destination in Ireland while I’m in Italy.
Do I have to send you a private message for this? If this is the case, unfortunately I’m still now allowed…
Maybe you will get my one. Mine is still saying Germany even after I PMd them. Thought stupidly it might arrive in Ireland this week

All the other DHL websites end up with an error, and my post code is unknown.

yes the fact you see the status means your having a code that works… but since your zipcode does not work it means that it is not your code. with other words you need to pm @Philips_Support_N to get the right code for you.
