I’m quite sure DHL isn’t really supposed to reveal that information from a GDPR perspective (which is why they would also ask for the zip/postal code to be reasonably sure you are either the sender of the receiver of the shipment. Social engineering goes a long way though… I hope you got the correct tracking number from Screeneo!

I think the first batch is already on its way. Nono said it was in belgium already so I don’t think CNY is a problem. Also i don’t think CNY in general is a problem for logistics. It affects production more.

As Rodolph,on my backer kit page my perk appears to have shipped (18/01), and I have a tracking number.
Unfortunately the link is wrong. When I try to put the tracking number on DHL Website I have no responds at all (tracking number unknown).

first of all… try the german site. and try it with your zipcode. if it show the zipcode is wrong, you have the wrong code and you need to pm

Well its the german site since it is the german DHL that is about to send your package… or at least that why i think it is. If it accepts your zipcode then there is no problem.

Now, its bin 8 days, since nono said, they will send 15000 PPM tonight, and all what we have, is a Non trackable DHL number, i am pretty Sure, we are being played, and that, we will receive the PPM after the CNY, there is no way, DHL needs 8 days to deliver a shipment.
do you really think we are playing you? Do you really think we called DHL to tell them to make fake tracking ID? the goods now entered in Germany and DHL is asking us the EORI number and VAT or our company for custom control

You can return it when you receive it. Just forget about it until then. Problem solved 
If you decide to perch on the mailbox, looking out for the DHL guys, you need to find out how long processing Chinese packages normally takes in Belgium. Then how long it takes before the German DHL receives the packages. That is when you might get an update on the tracking number and like 2 days later you might receive the projector. Correctly guessing how long customs agents take to process the projectors is almost impossible. Assume 1 week for customs and then 1 day for transport and 4 days delivery time. 12 days. Now you have an estimate. If it arrives before, Yay! if not, complain on this thread again

I am backer from Ireland with Contribution ID 184. My backerkit status says that my order shipped on 18/01/2020, but the DHL tracking status is stuck in “The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically” for nearly a week now. When can I expect it delivered at this stage?
I would guess somewhere upcomming week. Since it is at the custom controle… then when through it will be at DHL in germany where the tracking kicks in.
