I would also consider it a mistake, and not a minor one, when you miss your target delivery date by four months, and then ship out faulty units, and announce further delays to early backers such as myself. The cost of doing business via a crowdfunding platform includes not only initial discounts and constant communication, but also handling the fallout from dozens of missed promises that run a very high risk of turning formerly enthusiastic Philips customers entirely against your company.

Noone got an email… apperently thats another setting i just noticed today on the german dhl site to receive email updates

And I think they are handling that quite well at the moment

Do you have an estimated date for shipping to Norway? (Like 2 weeks 3 weeks etc)

My personal estimate: if it is already at germany waiting for custom, then it should be over here in scandinavia somewhere in the middle of next week

For everyone that has a tracking number: the shipment is currently at customs in Germany. Once it is cleared, they will be send from Germany, and your tracking number starts to work.

For everyone without a tracking number. They will continue production after chinese new year. Their new estimates on shipping can be found here: New shipments after cny

Just to keep you posted. Shipment is now in Germany for custom clearance. Our agent is on it, we received the papers to declare the goods.
Also, another info: we receive some concerns about the pandemic in China. Our Factory is based in Shenzhen. We reached our friends there and frankly speaking… this is not bad. The Press is over selling it

Just wondering, I’ve read the topic but this wasn’t very clear to me - if my tracking id is incorrect, ie, doesn’t recognize my zip code, would I just not be able to follow the package and would it still end up correctly at my address, or would it actually be delivered to the wrong address?

Asking the same questions over and over again will not help the guys at Screeneo be more effective or faster. On the contrary.

Have you checked your backerkit? If there is one you will find it there. You don’t receive any notification when the tracking is issued.

Mine looks like this since the 18th. Nothing changed, no movement at all. Backernumber 1xxx from Germany. Any news on this @Philips_Support_N ? Thanks!
