I’ve read the thread but something needs to be clear for me : my tracking number appears to be wrong, I’m backer 4XX, does that mean that I will be delivered but I cannot track my parcel, or does that mean that I won’t be delivered ?
I’m still trying to get an answer to this. If Screeneo sent enough projectors for the backers to #4188 and the list of addresses to #4188, and DHL messed up, then:
There must be enough projectors left to attach the correct addrsses to.
Otherwise, if screeneo sent addresses for backers after #4188 then it’s their fault not DHL.

You have to read various topics and spend 30 minutes reading the forum to be authorized to post.
You need a different profile status/rank… you will achieve that rank when you visit one more topic. You have all other requirements allready

Hi @Philips_Support_N , My backer number 3494 to The Netherlands has an unchanged status for weeks. My account data is coorect. But, it doesn’t say that it’s shipped… Can you confirm if it is? Or give me an update of the status? Unfortunately I don’t know how to send a PM. Best regards, Roland

Hello backers!
We love all cultures and languages.
But technology is holding us back at the moment.
Rest assured we are working to add an automatic translation extension to this forum so everyone can write and read in their native language. This will take a few days more.
