Shipping to Europe

My understanding is that Philips informed us once packages were send. So far so good. What happened after is and was not in their hands and especially not their responsibility. Normally their part was done but they even followed up with logistic companies for us and shared all information they had. Normally companies wouldn’t do that. So I am more than happy from my point of view about communication and transparency. What more to expect?

Sorry but that’s still unclear for me.
If I get a wrong tracking number, does that mean that I received somebody else’s tracking number ?
Can I be sure that my own PPM has shipped or not ?
My address can still be edited on the indiegogo’s page.

If you received one it means yours is in there as well. However they are mixed up. Just ask @Philips_Support_N in a pm for the right tracking number.

Hi,

I can’t find the list of tracking numbers anywhere. I am backer #3484. I have not received a number from Backerkit and nothing shows up on their website. As you have unilaterally decided not to respond to queries on the Indiegogo platform, could you please tell whether you have shipped my unit. From what I can make out from this quite uncontrolled forum, the item is supposed to have shipped but I still have no tracking number. I would be grateful for some update.

Yes it is normal. But why did the promise delivery in November then? Even in late October they were saying delivery was still going to happen in November, even when the knew it wasn’t even in production yet. That is what is annoying people. The dishonesty, the lies.

They did… only to other countries though

There was a mismatch in the process between the different platforms which caused backers to be skipped. It appeared to be a lot numbers 3xxx which apperently you are in. Those numbers shouldve been sent but because of that mismatch where skipped. They are working on that and all those skipped numbers got the highest priority. However due to the CNY the fabrics and transport where closed. As soon as those are open yours will be sent. @Philips_Support_N correct me where im wrong, this should be some summup of older messages

I have a small “maybe” problem: The tracking number given to me in Backerkit doesn’t match the tracking number that appeared in my DHL app when the shipment was declared. I needed to divert the shipment to my “Packstation” address and I did it, but now I’m wondering if the discrepancy will be a problem. I wanted to write you a PM but can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it in this platform. If you tell me how, I’ll send you the two tracking numbers I have. They are only 2 digits (the last 2 digits of the backerkit one are 10, in the DHL app they are 27).

release the goods from hk or as you said they reach germany already and should be release from german custom soon? please can you clarify if the goods you should then before the chinese new years are the one we talked about, backers 2109

I want to believe that tomorrow will be the day when all EU backers will have their tracking info updated… and hold their PPM just 3 days later.
Hope I’m right.

Now that the UK is leaving and since it was the only native English speaking country in the EU, we, European citizens, should forget about English and vote for a new official language :slight_smile: And, of course not because I’m from France, I vote for French! I mean it is the only language that is official in more than one country of the union: France and Belgium! (Disclaimer: this is a totally unchecked fact). So let me finish in French for our friend Jérôme: l’espoir fait vivre mon ami ! (Please don’t ban me from here, I just said : “hope is what keeps us alive my dear friend”)

I’d love to speak French but unfortunately I only learned English but I will make an effort to try to communicate in French if need be.

German and Dutch are both spoken in more than one country, so that doesn’t really make your case.

I really do want to emphasize that whilst this discussion is meant for clear and transparant communication, this should apply to all of us and English is the most accepted language. That said, can we please move past this topic and hopefully receive some good information from Philips on the delivery?
