Hello Guys, just to keep you posted. The German office of Electronic regulations asked us this morning at 5am to send them a proof that a European Address is written both on the charger and the product itself.
This is something we never saw before, we ship hundreds of K of Screeneo, Picopix and NeoPix through Germany and we never had such issue.
We are sending this paper now, seems this is the last step as they have accepted all the papers we gave last week.

Are they requesting an full (street) address or something like „Designed in Berlin“ f.e?
Full name, street address and country. We never saw that before on ANY product on the market

That’s part of the traceability provisions for CE marking since 768/2008/EC:
- manufacturers to indicate the following three elements: their (1) name, (2) registered trade name or registered trade mark (192) and (3) the address at which they can be contacted, on the product or, where that is not possible, on its packaging or in a document accompanying the product. The address must indicate a single point at which the manufacturer can be contacted .

Yes we have this on the warranty card, and User manual.
But take any product on the market, there is no real address on the product itself.

No it’s just paperwork. There is a waiver to sign and we did it this morning

Nice to hear this… Could you please do also little paperwork to further my PPM shipping… There was some problem because i don´t yet get any tracking number in Backer kit …Although it says that the product has been shipped …?

On my backerkit I’ve got the information that the product has been shipped on the 18/01/20 and the tracking should have active in the 48h followwing.
But It’s still not giving me any informations on the shippement, is that normal?

If you follow the thread here you will find some informations about the tracking (you have to use the german dhl site and tracking information will show up if they ship from germany to customers)
Wasn’t it supposed to be that early contributors get their product first? How come many haven’t got their tracking number? It should be corrected and the address changed so that early contributors get their product first, some people who ordered in november got their product but people who ordered in July and August who have waited the longest haven’t even got a tracking id
