I expect that too. Once they get through german custom, all that is left is to have DHL ship it to us. No other steps in between. And DHL from germany to at least my place rarely takes more than 2-3 days

As mentioned above, the shipment is in germany and going through the last bits of paperwork. As soon as they get custom clearence, they will start shipping from Germany. Then you tracking will start to work too.
Any news about the issue of this morning ? It’s will be solved today or tomorrow ? The shipping from Germany will start Tomorrow ? Thanks a lot for the information.

for the moment no news but is normal.
As Philips gave all the informations and paperwork done the German office of Electronic regulations should just verify and give clearence.
Impossible to say how many time but I don’t think they will need too much. Hold still!

Yep, we had to do that back in 2017 even for something that originated within the EU. That was a WEEE directive thing if I remember correctly though. In this day and age you would think that a website would be fine for everything but WEEE but apparently not.

I agree with most of what you said but for people who ordered in July. The indiegogo campaign started on August 24th.
Although I have got a tracking id now. 
To be accurate it started on Aug 20. But a pre-launch campaign was running at least on Aug 17.

Have you checked your backerkit? Backerkit does not send out an email when your perk is shipped. Be aware that the link you will find there (if you have a tracking number, that is) points to the DHL express service, which is incorrect.

What exactly is the “German office of Electronic regulations”? Never heard of it before. What is its German name?
What I understand is that the shipment was delayed one additional day at German customs to verify some issues about the EC labeling requirements. They forwarded the documentation, so it should be shipping as soon as the logistic in Germany hands it off to DHL.

CHANGE IN DHL STATUS
My DHL status changed from “The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically” to “Please note that we are only able to provide information on shipments if the shipper has transferred the shipment or shipment data to us”
Also, the first green bar (1/5 slots in the shipment bar of DHL website) is gone, it is all grey now. Anybody else is receiving the same message? @Philips_Support_N ?
